Experience

I have worked for nearly 30 years in the Financial Services industry across different functions and locations. I started my career in Peru as a Trader and Portfolio Manager. After completing my MBA, I moved to London where I worked for a prominent Wall Street investment firm and then a leading German bank in their Investment Banking Groups. In New York, I was part of a leading global insurance provider's Strategy and Technology teams. Most recently, I was the Chief Operating Officer of two Registered Investment Advisors based in New York and Michigan.

Tell us about your career journey and what led you to choose DVI.

I moved from a corporate to an entrepreneurial mindset as I wanted to be part of an organization in which I could make a direct impact. During this transition, I had the opportunity to meet members of DVI's Board of Managers and the Leadership Team. I was impressed with the maturity of the company, the dedication to clients, the governance framework, the success sharing, and the commitment to developing the team. The firm culture is unrivaled. Tell us one thing about you that might be surprising.

I have three citizenships (US, Italy, and Peru) and have lived in Lima, Illinois (Chicago), London (the City), California (Los Angeles), New York (Port Washington), Connecticut (Ridgefield), Michigan (Bloomfield Hills), and now back to Illinois (Peoria).
