Lawrence “Will” Williams IV

Mr. Williams is President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Managers at DVI, where he has played a central leadership role since 1990. With four decades of experience in the asset management business, he has guided the firm through significant growth and expansion of services while preserving a partnership culture that adheres to the fundamental principle of always doing the right thing.

Mr. Williams is deeply committed towards cultivating a continuous improvement mindset among DVI associates, guiding and mentoring the next generation of leadership, and positioning the firm for long-term success. He holds a B.A. from Denison University and an M.B.A. from Bradley University.

Mr. Autry is President of MCB Trust and Wealth Management, a division of Morton Community Bank, where he leads a team that provides investment and fiduciary services to individuals, foundations, endowments, retirement plans, and business clients. With over 20 years of experience in the trust and wealth management industry, he previously held leadership roles at Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, and Commerce Trust Company. Mr. Autry holds both the CFP and CTFA designations and earned a B.S. and M.B.A. from Campbell University.

Brian A. Christensen, CFA

Mr. Christensen is a Senior Vice President at DVI and has been a key leader at the firm for more than thirty years. A long‑time member of DVI’s Investment Committee and former Chief Investment Officer, he has helped shape the firm’s investment research and portfolio implementation disciplines across multiple market cycles. In addition to his investment responsibilities, Mr. Christensen has been instrumental in the formation and ongoing success of DVI’s Winter Park, Florida office.

Prior to joining DVI, Mr. Christensen held a variety of finance roles at Caterpillar, Inc., including portfolio management responsibilities with Caterpillar Investment Management Ltd (CIML). He earned a B.S. in Business from Eastern Illinois University and an M.B.A. from Illinois State University, and he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst^®designation.

Michael L. DeWalt

Michael L. DeWalt

Independent Manager since 2016

Mr. DeWalt retired as Vice President of the Finance Services Division at Caterpillar, Inc. in 2016, following a distinguished 35-year career. He held senior leadership roles across virtually every finance function, including M&A, investor relations, and corporate accounting. He also served as Corporate Controller and later led the Strategic Services Division, overseeing treasury, risk management, economics, and investment strategy. Mr. DeWalt’s breadth of experience in global finance and corporate leadership brings significant strategic insight to the Board. He holds a B.S. from Illinois State University and completed the Executive Program at the University of Michigan.

Mr. Honegger is President, Co-CEO, Chairman of the Board, and Chief Legal Officer of Morton Community Bank. He plays a central role in the bank’s legal, regulatory, and corporate strategy and has guided MCB through multiple bank acquisitions and periods of significant asset growth. Prior to joining the bank, he spent 15 years practicing law as a Partner with Husch Blackwell LLP. Mr. Honegger earned a B.A. from the University of Illinois and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, graduating cum laude.

John V.N. McClure

Mr. McClure retired after a distinguished 34-year career with Northern Trust Company, where he held various senior leadership roles across commercial and private banking, trust and investments, and corporate strategy. As President of the Midwest Region, Mr. McClure oversaw sixteen offices across six states, including major markets such as Chicago, St. Louis, and Minneapolis. He has extensive experience advising multigenerational family enterprises on succession planning, family governance, and long-term strategic planning. Mr. McClure earned his B.A. from Williams College.

Elizabeth W. Salmon, CPA

Independent Manager since 2026

Ms. Salmon served as DVI’s Vice President of Operations until her retirement in March 2026. She joined the firm in 2017 and held various leadership roles supporting the firm’s growth, operational execution, and strategic decision-making. Ms. Salmon brings more than 30 years of experience across finance, management, and operations, including prior service as President and Chief Financial Officer of a data and healthcare education company. Earlier in her career, she worked for the accounting firm PwC and later deepened her governance and strategic experience through service on various philanthropic boards. Ms. Salmon graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Accounting from Saint Mary’s College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Christopher C. Spears, JD

Mr. Spears is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of IGT, where he oversees legal, compliance, and regulatory matters for one of the world’s largest gaming and lottery technology firms. Since joining in 2017, he has helped guide the company’s global governance, regulatory and legal strategy. Prior to IGT, Mr. Spears held various leadership roles at Caterpillar, Inc., including Deputy General Counsel and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer. With over 30 years of legal experience, his areas of expertise include corporate governance, securities, M&A, compliance, and intellectual property. Mr. Spears earned a B.S. from Berea College and both a J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Kentucky.

David J. Vaughan, Jr., MD

David J. Vaughan, Jr., MD

Manager since 2007

Dr. Vaughan is a Board-Certified Urologist and currently serves as Executive Vice President of Medical Affairs at Syncromune, Inc., a privately held biopharmaceutical company based in Florida. Previously, he was Managing Partner at Orlando Urology Associates. Dr. Vaughan has also served as Chair of the Department of Urology at both Florida Hospital and Winter Park Hospital. In addition to his clinical leadership, he has held faculty appointments at the University of Florida, Florida State University, and the University of Central Florida.

Dr. Vaughan stays intricately connected to DVI, the firm founded by his father in 1977, and is committed to advancing the Vaughan family legacy and its role in DVI’s future success. He earned a B.A. from Harvard College, an M.D. from the University of Cincinnati.
